SALES POLICY
We thank you for your reservation. Please take note of our sales policy:
- Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
- If you do not have a credit card, a guarantee prepayment of minimum 1 overnight(s) in selected accommodation is required.
Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 3 day(s) prior to arrival.
- Check-in time is after 16:00 on arrival day.
- Check-out time is before 10:00 on departure day.
- Late check-out may result in extra charge.
- Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
Tourist tax to be paid on the camping reception:
- 9.00 kunas (approx. €1,50) per person per day
- Children up to the age of 11.99 years do not pay the tourist tax
- Persons between the ages of 12 and 17.99 pay 50% of the price of tourist tax
M.V.Group d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices at any time depending on the availability and demand. The stated price in the offer is informative until the receipt of the booking confirmation. Please note that your credit card will be charged in HRK (Croatian currency). Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate, this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in HRK on the hotel invoice. In the event of an early departure the full amount of the reservation will be charged (exceptions will be made for departures due to illness or force majeure).
Full travel flexibility for 2021: - if you want to change your 2021 travel date, you can do so free of charge up to three days before arriving at the destination (the rate is defined according to the seasonal rate valid on the day of actual travel).
The reservation will be held by 24:00, on arrival date.
In the period 17.07. - 20.08., in case of cancellation 7-1 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
In all other periods, in case of cancellation 3-1 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation up to 6 persons (depending on home type)
- Water and electricity
- Use of outdoor swimming pools with a limited number of lounge chairs and umbrellas
- Wireless Internet connection
- Parking spot
Pets are not permitted.
